Hello dear Marguerite and thanks for the Wet Dragon. How wonderful to have Goldfinches, they really are beautiful. Yes, it seems to be nest building time again - my blackbirds were hard at work this morning, and the pair of pigeons are nesting in my neighbours garden again. My Robin is also back, so special and precious.... It was a very wet night but dry and cloudy today. We took Maggie walkies earlier, and I shall probably carry on reading my new book this afternoon. Missing the rugby not being on! I hope that your day is a good one and you manage to have a rest at some point. Hi Marguerite. Joan has morphine and codine tablets . In between the dose she has pain. But she is a lot stronger today and has sat on the side of the bed doing her foot exercises . But only walking to the bathroom , hasn't ventured up to the living room yet. But each day she will go further. Going to try her walking up the bedroom corridor later. Another gorg sunny day.  Have a good weekend . Spotted GD. TY X

Morning Marguerite and thanks for the dragon :-) It's my birthday today so I'm having a gentle morning. I'm being treated to lunch out which I'm looking forward to.
