Oh wow, 2 degrees.  That's cold.  It warmed up here.  It's 26 degrees right now.  The next 10 days will be cold but next month is Spring.  The South really got hit hard with these past couple of storms.  My niece in Virginia, her kids have had school off for quit a few days.  They are off today.  Sometimes it's the ice in the parking lot more than anything.  At least that's what happened where my daughter grew up, which was just central Jersey.  I hope it warms up for you.  The ice is worst than the snow.  Take care.

Hi Michelle, I don't know if I ever told you but my parents were from Pennsylvania.  They were from Sugar Notch.  My dad, grandfathers & uncles were all coal miners.  I still have  cousins living in Sugar Notch, Wilkes-Barre & Mountain Top.  My uncle used to own a cabin up by Tunkhannock.  His cabin was right on the Susquehanna River.  I loved going back there.  I love Pennsy.

Hi Michelle, I hope you don't get any more snow.  My niece said they were expecting another storm in Virginia, but my sister said now there is only a 40% chance of the storm hitting us.  I so want to be a snowbird.  lol  But really, I saw on a YouTube special that Florida has a lot of houses that people can't sell.  Because their insurance costs have gone up so much because of the hurricanes.  We have friends that moved to Naples & they love it.  But they rarely get hit with the hurricanes.  Strange but the hurricanes will hit Miami or north of Napoles but not usually Naples.  Joe always wanted to move to Florida but after the hurricane - Sandy - hit us, he changed his mind.  Florida gets to many hurricanes.   Hope the snow passes you by.  Goodnight.

It wasn't too bad, but there's ice under the snow & slid down the driveway this morning & put it in 4WD to come back. It's not a hill, just a grade.

Hi Michelle, we got from 5 to 7 inches.  I can't tell.  Joe went out to shovel driveway & it's ice.  News said there is a quarter of ice on snow.  My niece in Virginia got snow & ice.  My sister in NY State got about 15 inches of snow  but it's powdery & easy to use snowblower.  She didn't get the ice.  Joe was out trying to chop up the snow to move it.  He has work tomorrow.  Stay safe.
