* hoping the pain can be minimized until your next shot *

* it is difficult to be alone sometimes *
* the primary reason for the trip was to take the laast load of guitars and stuff to be consigned in La Crosse, WI *
* going to the truck driving competition was a bonus and gave me a solid deadline for getting the last stuff up there *

* hoping it's just a short cold spell for you and that you have a colorful, crispy autumn *
* good thing you've been doing therapy - it'll help you when you have the replacement *
* people i know with knee or hip replacements have all healed better doing their PT *

* not doing anything for the holiday *
* we didn't really celebrate because of work *
* might be cool enough out that i can begin garage sorting - Joe has so many things out there that i won't need and everything ought to be sorted/organized *

* also have shed in backyard - need to work in it - need to get ruthless to handle it *
* most must just GO but need to check all the boxes *

* continue to take care of yourself and do the PT - praying your pain isn't severe until shot time * October will be here before you know it !*

* it was a great trip !*
* my volunteer efforts were appreciated and i had fun !*

* got home late Tuesday night and slept in Wednesday *
* weather was wonderful - low 70s days and 50s nights * i miss that living near Atlanta *
* spent an overnight with sis in MN on way home *
* definitely not used to so much activity but gearing up for trip to Raleigh for SuperTech competition in 2 weeks !*

* settling in a bit more since Joe's death *
* odd things come up reminding me he's not here *
* there is no 'normal' - it's all new *

* hoping you enjoy a pleasant holiday weekend and have good weather *

* will be volunteering at the National Truck Driving Championships in Minneapolis !*

* i know someone competing *
* helped him practice on the ABF yard *
* flatbed class/division *
* my first time even attending this Event *
* looking forward to corralling 'cats' and herding 'turtles'*
* will have 50 driver competitors i'm monitoring when they're not driving !*

When I got up & went downstairs this morning, Xena was standing on the recliner, all wiggly.
I sat with her & gave her a belly rub & she went back to sleep.
