You wouldn’t think that taking 3 weeks off walking everyday would affect you, but I’m living proof that it does 🤦♀️, I’m stiff as can be, whether it’s from doing the lawn the other day, combined with walking 10km yesterday, but today it hurts to walk 🙄. Today was too friggin muggy to walk far, 35 at one point today with the humidity. And yes, I’ll likely crave this weather in a few months, ha. I’d actually prefer walking when it’s cooler, I don’t mind the heat if I’m sitting with a nice cold beer in my hand, but doing any physical activity is out the window when it’s this warm. Supposed to be hot the next week or so. Soon I’ll look like a melted marshmallow 🤭.
