Hi Yvonne, another day of heat 😵‍💫, I’m over it, and I’m over the horse flies, they are as bad as the vampires, which by the way are getting fewer and fewer. But, now it’s sand flies and horse and deer flies, we just can’t win. The sandflies I’m allergic to, the bites stay itchy for a month, I have bites all over my neck and feet, I look like I have measles, it’s not pretty Yvonne 🤭. I think it’s supposed to cool off soon, but I won’t be able to enjoy it cause I’ll be at my nieces, and they are not cooling off there 🙄. But, there is the pool and cold beer, so I’ll have to try and bear it 🤭. I was able to take Nick for a 10 km walk, went out really early. Did I tell you I got her weighed at the vets? She’s lost 23 pounds, still another 15 to 20 to go, but at least now she doesn’t look like a stuffed pig. She was rolling on her back this evening, kicking her feet in the air, she couldn’t do that before. It must feel really good, but I’m sure she’s missing her never ending food. I wish I could say I’ve lost weight too, but if I did I’d be lying, lol. Someone keeps talking about cake, which makes me eat it, lol
