Night Yvonne, hmm cake. Thank god there isn’t any in the house, cause I’d be eating it right now after reading your note, lol.
Nick and I went for a 15km walk today. It was cooler this morning, and because our wonderful smoke is back, it blocked the sun from making it too warm. I take Nicky for a swim everyday, and because of that, she started smelling like stinky socks 🤥, so I bathed her in the lake. Didn’t realize how strong smelling the shampoo was till I got home 😵‍💫. So, off to the lake again, for a redo. This time I used goats milk soap, much milder scent, and homemade, plus she hasn’t scratched, “yet”. If this soap works well, I’m going to use it from now on. Both Brian and I are scent sensitive. That’s a complete pain, cause everywhere you go, there’s smells that we don’t care for, and that give each of us headaches.
I’m falling asleep, dreaming about cake, ha. Hope you have a great Sunday xo
