well wow we had a torrential downpour this afternoon & some thunder so its cleared the air here! although supposed to get really hot again!
yeah that resting the knee novelty wears off doesnt it but dont want to make it worse hope its soon on the mend
so work bits are ready for tomorrow and dinner is done so now its feet up time for me ready for the week to begin again not too long & i have as weeks leave coming up usually take time off around my birthday which is 3rd of next month!
