well day one is done think i am caught up luckily it was fairly quiet for me so not too bad although 120 emails to trawl!!
yes the weight losses are good on the injections i have to say am happy not a cheap option but there we go!
got appointment next week with Knee surgeon hope he is happy!!!

yes covid did bring the work at home thing it is handy especially if you feel a little off dont feel like going in but not ill so you need to be sick so saves sick days apparently!
yes Lana is supposed to sort her own mistakes but there were a couple just sent them on to my boss she can sort her out i am not correcting them
