Hi Yvonne hope you had a good day a busy one for me saw my 2 chaps the one who skips out is still really not in a good way i hope i can get through to him!!
was quite a busy day as well so i was kept on my toes
Got lunch meet with Chris tomorrow so taking her birthday gift for next week as she is not around so wont see her!
happy with weight losses seems to be going slow & steady now too
hopeful my knee will be in next 3-4 months wait list was 12- 18 months was put on in August so hope not too long now!
we had a big shower of rain as i arrived at work then sun came out (once i was wet!!) and been ok rest of the day!
2 more days to go to the weekend think will be earlier night for me tonight am tired too!
