yeah Yvonne i think coz its on the shin , just skin on bone so its painful ,,glad the knee feels a tad better at least you can still rest it tomorrow ,sleep well hun and have a cosy sunday , and rest the knee ,nite nite xxx

managed to get out & get all my bits and a little toy for Jake of course haha was nice had a delivery coming this morning so went on my own i did enjoy that break!
how is the knee doing today? i do find mine is more painful in the heat sometimes hope its improved some for you
well i did my few jobs and managed to put my feet up have struggled to eat today do have days like this with the jab!
well off to find a film nothing on the TV tonight again! although think i saw reruns of DIP somewhere might watch them!

splashed--it is 29 now--feels like HOT!! Got myself settle to watch golf and at 1oclock they switched to another golf tournament and the one I started to watch is not on again until 4(seached through the hundreds of channels I have but nope) so will have to find something else. Sagwa has staked out his claim--he is on the bed between the a/c and the fan ,curled up and totally content. Take it easy and let other do the run,Hope the knee feels better,
