The time is almost here;
For the famous groundhog to appear;
I hope there's clouds up in the sky;
To keep a shadow from this guy;
I've had enough of wind and snow;
Winter now can up and go;
I'm hoping spring will soon appear;
It is my favorite time of year;
Everything is fresh and new;
Except for longtime friends like you;
So as February comes our way;
