Hi Sharon, thank you, l am sure things will improve . Hubby and l are working together on getting him fit for surgery. Of course he has to go through more medical hoops too before then, but he is doing well and lost 15lb in weight , now l have to encourage him to do some gentle exercises with me. I am sorry your joint pain is not good with the cold weather there, staying indoors to keep warm is good but can be so restricting cant it. l am like that in Winter. We now have a heat massage/exercise thing that you can use anywhere, chair bed or floor. It wont be on the floor for sure lol. . We will try it out in Winter both of us. Meanwhile we have an exercise bike , on the lowest setting to keep us mobile . I hope you feel better soon, wishing you a good day Hun xx
