Sorry to hear you are still experiencing
cold weather, but congrats on your walk
~ Would love to see what you do on
your walks ~ We have a park nearby,
but I am thinking rather than risk
damaging my walker, I need to get
to the air conditioned gym ~ We are
just 2 degrees shy of our predicted
high of 35c ~ There are extreme
heat warnings and air quality
warnings due to the fires in the
Boundary Waters ~ Hope you

Hi Sharon, its a nice day very warm and cooling winds just how l like it lol. . Just back from shopping in the big supermarkets close to my sons shop it was a nice ride on our mobility scooters. Then back to shop locally to pick up some eggs , and bio yoghurts for me. Drinking plenty of water, and took some with us . I hope you enjoyed the walk along the beach. l do miss that myself both walking and the cool sea breezes. Night night , Sleep well Hun, Love and Hugs xxx
