This morning I awakened to a refund in my email from the instructor of the obedience class. It seems that the other members of the class were "concerned" about Rylee. I thought he was okay - yes he barked once at a crated dog that startled him but all in all I thought he was fine. When we did recalls he tried to run after the first few dogs - I think he thought it was a game - but I had a good hold on him. So I have to go out and try to find another class. I am rather speechless about this because I really thought he did rather well - for him. Happy Tuesday.

Happy Tuesday! Overcast and cool today. Work was ok. Got some of the paint taken off the garage ramp (it's literally peeling off so it's kinda fun) and got the weed wacker out and trimmed around the fence in the back yard. Going to call my mom after this and just relax. Have a great night!

That's really a shame! My kennel club has only had to ask people not to come back when there's a dog that tries to attack another dog and the owner clearly isn't doing much about it and just takes the training lightly. We say- we train people to train their dogs! I hope you find a class that suits him because I'm sure he'll do amazing!

I'm sorry, but is it not the whole point of an OBEDIENCE class to learn? Surely they do not expect every dog attending to have the skills to do perfectly at every skill, every time, right from the off? I'm fuming on your behalf! And I don't think much of the instructor that he wasn't able to deal with these "concerns" in any other way other than to kick you out. I have two words for him. F**k and Off. (Apologies) xx
