Happy Thursday! Hubby made it home yay! Another pretty day. Work was the usual. Another Nascar exhibition race is on tonight before the regular season begins. Have a great night!

Cupid mouse ty Marion, we have just set ourselves a programme of various pieces of Equipment we have, Dave has a room upstairs with bench and weights, I have an AB roller you roll out on your knees as far as poss, An Exercise bike and a piece of equipment that you use arms legs shoulders and your middle and back, it uses all your body, we have made a Rita to work one set one day then upstairs for weight training the other day, I can feel my shoulders tensing tonight, and if we can get out for a walk it will be a bonus, hope we stick at it, Goodnight Sweet Dreams Marion and sleep well xxx

We did well with weather as it was dry till just after lunch then rain started, We started a fitness regime today Dave and I, so busy concentrating on plan we forgot the car was going in for its MOT, Garage rang us asking where we were, Dave shot on very quick so they could start on it, We were shocked we had forgotten, anyway all good passed with no problems thank goodness, will persevere with new exercises to get fit, enjoy rest of your day xxx
