Freezing and frosty here today, makes a nice change from the rain, that’s forecast back tomorrow 🙈
Oh I never hear if bloods are ok either, I looked at results on the nhs app. They bring you in for a second test then leave you hanging, so annoying.
Day 4 of the keto experiment, feeling ok but craving my biccys 🤣 hopefully that will subside eventually.
