Snow day on southern Ontario. Rylee is sooo excited he started barking as soon as he saw it. I let them both out to the run and saw Jojo step off the step into about 8 inches of snow nearly burying her face. Rylee having gotten out twice in the night knew it was there and plunged in happily. I was able to stop them both and dry them off at the door. Looks like a day for tea and a warm fire. Happy Thursday.

Evening Nicky, I’m about a day behind on return sprinkles lol. Hope you’ve had a good day, it poured with rain here this afternoon, my grandson came after school, he was soaked. Fortunately it stayed dry while I met friends for coffee and then took the dog to the groomers, she’s smelling lovely now.

It stayed dry here but chilly in the wind x
I just pottered my day away going round in circles lol x Got the shopping done was quite busy though x How has your day gone ? I always find the winter harder i much prefer being out and about or in the garden x I love watching the birds we are getting lots right now x Just of to eat catch up later take care xx

Yesterday we were in Inverurie, about 20 minutes drive from Aberdeen. Colin was picking up a second hand trailer he'd seen on FB Marketplace & we met a friend of mine who lives there for lunch. She was showing us photos of her car & garden and they had loads of snow. She said it was over her knees. So yesterday was her first time out since new Year & it took her 45 minutes to drive to Inverurie to meet us as her side roads (she lives in Midmar which is in the middle of nowhere really) were still very snowy....it normally takes 20 minutes from Midmar to Inverurie. I would hate to be snowed in all that time. She said she had plenty food in the cupboard & freezer but ran out of milk & bread x
