I am so sorry you are poorly. My go to home brew is a thumb size of ginger minced, zested and juiced whole lemon, and 8oz or so of raw honey. Mix and store in refrigerator, use one large spoonful in cup of hot water. Costco here sells some already made up in a Costco sized jar. I drink a cup after work most days in the winter just to keep the nasties away. I hope you feel better soon better soon! Cat therapy helps as well!
