It turned out to be a very nice day.  Parts were cloudy, but we got close to 40F so there was some melting.  The snow in the yard is not the kind that's great for snowballs.  Very good packing.  Charlie has a case of the zoomies this morning.  He's so funny.  I had a nice time at lunch.  We caught up on a lot of stuff.  I hope the train station isn't too far.  Is this the first time Kris took the train by himself?  It's nice that he wants to help Joe celebrate his birthday.  Enjoy your evening, stay warm.  Glad the roof cleaning went well.
