It rained most of the afternoon.  A nice steady rain so everything got a good soaking.  It has cooled off to 69F which makes it seems really cool outside compared to what we had yesterday.
Laundry is done and the rain has stopped for now.  Charlie and I took a quick walk to the corner and he ran around the yard for a little bit.  I had a phone call from an old neighbor today.  I haven't talked to her for about 1 yr.  She moved back to IL a few years ago.  I really need to go out and see her.  She's about an hour away.
I'm glad to hear your beetles seem to be getting scarce.  Maybe you are washing the eggs off too when you spray.  Enjoy your evening and stay cool.  I may open a window or two.
