Happy Hump Day! It's a beautiful day here.  We took a nice walk.  Visited with a neighbor down the street.  She had just treated her lawn for weeds and wanted to let me know so Charlie wouldn't walk in the affected area.  She's so sweet.  I'm not sure what's going on with my friend, Mary.  Her son was going to take her for her surgery and his car has been gone most of the day.  I'm waiting until tomorrow to give her a card and flowers.  We sat outside twice this afternoon.  We came in because it was getting a little toasty.  We still have a short walk to do.  Glad you had a nice day and were able to spend time outside.  We will probably both sleep well from the fresh air.  Enjoy your evening!

hi nancy wrc ty, and thanks, it is hard, youre not big though, highest i went to was 15.6 stone now im 14.1 but i always looked my best at 11 stone even though they say my ideal weifght for my size 5 foot 2 only small is about 9.6 stone, not been that weight since i was young girl xx
