Hi Cath! hope you are well- yes I'm very glad the sump pump is replaced as we have had a lot of rain the last few days.  I'm ready for cooler temperatures.     Went with a friend to my favorite Italian restaurant last night and had manicotti and creme brulee- it was delicious.
