Good morning Cath, hope the storm is over and has passed you by. It is chilly here this AM after a couple of very warm days. Tonight I am going with a friend to a "new" Mexican restaurant- Chi Chi's - it was a chain restaurant all over the US back in the 70's and 80's but it went out of business years ago. It started in MN, and now, it is making a return. The original owner's son is involved and they have opened the 1st location in the Minneapolis area with another one to follow. It's exciting to see it back again- I used to love going there when I lived in Florid. They did a crowd funding type of thing to raise money by selling shares (I put in $300 US) and raised over $3 million Anyway it should be fun to see what the new and revamped Chi Chi's is like. :)
