Good morning Susan 🌻 So I put up a little barrier to protect mama and the eggs last night.  When I got up this morning everything had been ripped apart and the nest was devastated.  I put what eggs were left back in the nest - I didn't count them.  Mama was wandering around the yard.  I gave her some food and water and she eventually wandered back to the nest and was moving the eggs around with her bill and just kind of standing over them, not 'sitting'.   So idk if we'll have babies or not.  I'm very sad this morning.  But - another beautiful day and mama and daddy duck are both still alive so that's something.  Hope your day is good.  Hugs n rubs 🐾
