Good morning Susan 🌻 They have the street all torn up in front of the office - sidewalks too - so nobody comes in, but they had a list of calls to make and I did my best - they'll have to take what they got from me on that haha!  The construction has been an ongoing project for several years in downtown Allegan. They are replacing the waterpipes and all that good stuff underneath the roads, doing a couple streets at at time each year.  It's a pain in the butt getting around down there since it's such a small town anyway but will be very nice once they finally get it all done.  Off to Douglas today for an afternoon w/ Mom.  Enjoying this beautiful day before the heat sets in.  I'm imagining you'll be drawn to the lake this coming week.  Sending you our best 🐾🌊😎🌞

Morning sprinkles....yes I'm sure the little bird is off living his best life. Glad I was able to provide him shelter over night to give him a fighting chance. As far as Sis goes she has completely forgotten about it. I hate to hear Amanda was in a bad way with the stiff neck and headache. I sure hope Trish doesn't get worse by playing with all those kids at a pow wow. I'm not sure James has too much common sense. This week is going to brutal we are under a heat advisory through at least the 3rd. Temps will reach 90 but that does not include humidity and feels like temps. I am very concerned for Ed. We spoke about it this morning but he says "no worries". Ha like that's gonna happen. I don't think he knows me. Lol. He just found out this morning he has Friday off. Glad about that. At least one day he won't have to be out in the extreme heat. He worked out in his garden yesterday so hopefully he won't have that to do. We had bacon, hash browns and eggs for supper last night. We are gonna have KFC tonight, we both like it and it gives him some to take back. Well I suppose I need to get up and get started in the kitchen. Won't have too much cooking to do but enough.
