Giraffe ty

Hi Susan - some heavy showers again today. To wet to do any garden tidying but hopefully it will be a bit drier at some point.  There have been a few fireworks tonight but both boys are inside on my lap. Morning sprinkles....restless night. Had a hard time getting to sleep, then Sis got me up just as I had been a sleep an hour, and then had a hard time getting back to sleep. So up early and started in the kitchen already. I'm glad M was able to spend a little time with his family. He probably has a lot weighing on his mind. He may be trying to process what may be coming. I think when he is ready to talk he may, or it come to you having to gently ask what is bothering him. The jalapeno casserole is one of my favorites, we don't have it often, as Ed is not a big fan of casseroles, but he relents when I suggest it. I sure will be glad when your boiler gets fixed, so you can head to your nest earlier where it is warmer and don't dread going to a cool room. I would be the same way. I need to get in the kitchen and get those dishes done, I have tons to do, with all the prepping I done this morning. I hope you have a great day. It is a nice autumn day here.
