Night time sprinkles...I know you are pleased to have gotten your laundry done, and shopping to. How is your ankle holding up? We got a a little bit of rain this afternoon, more expected tomorrow. Did you get a nap? I may have had twilight sleep but not much. Hopefully a good nights sleep tonight. Got some housework done....errands tomorrow. Hi Susan.  Oh so very very hot.  34c today - my car was in the sun for an hour this afternoon and the temperature was 48c inside it😵‍💫😵‍💫. Not watered the garden yet but will do it once I’ve splashed around fl.  boys are outside trying to get cool.  Hope your storms have stayed away. Love and hugs from across the pond 🌅xxx

I have to get up shortly (it's not quite 5am Friday) to begin cooking for our Matariki lunch time meal with our neighbours. These lovely ladies are from Singapore, and they moved in about 2 months ago. We kept planning a get together and one thing or another would happen...but, today IS the day 🥰

I can't wait to help warm their home and to celebrate Matariki to bring in the Māori New Year 🎉

Sharing a meal is always a great way to form relationships...x
