Morning sprinkles...yes you are so right. Tyler is a very lucky man. So glad you heard from the boiler people, It's encouraging that it can be repaired and not have to be replaced. All I know is you need to get it fixed soon, before it turns really cold. Like you said you have some place to go if it turns bitter cold. Thankful for that. I bet that pie was yummy. I like apple pie. Glad you had an enjoyable evening. Sounds like the baby will be here next week. I woke a few times during the night and was still experiencing some very dull pain.
