Good morning Susan 🌻 pleasant visit w/ the gals yesterday but only about half of us were there - everyone's busy with all the little details of life!  I went by The Lake but there wasn't even a place to park.  Almost stopped on the bluff overlooking the beach to get a picture of how crowded it was down there.  Came home and could not work up the ambition to do much of anything - just so stinking hot.  Possible pop up showers today which will probably only serve to up the humidity.  Will be fall soon though - empty beach and cool enough to enjoy being outside!  Hope you're coping with this heat too.  Hugs from us 🐾🌊🌞

Night time sprinkles....Made it through today. It was hard but the family decided not show him, and for that I am grateful. I had talked to several friends who had seen more recently than I have and they said he had really lost a lot of weight and didn't look the same. I just want to remember him in the good times. Makes it much easier to handle. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. I hope if you decided to do work outdoors, too took breaks and didn't over do it. It is brutally hot here again, under a heat advisory through Sunday at 8 pm unless they keep extending it like they did the last heat wave. I hope you had a good day.
