Hi Marianne hope your day is going ok, I slept crap, my mind couldn't switch off. Had gp and my blood pressure is still 180/100. I havnt been exercising, she said everyday, to try kyolic garlic, which i can't find here at the local chemist, and reduce salt, and recheck, if its still high to go meds. But ones you can stop yourself for a day or 2 or whatever, if you feel light-headed for eg.
Just doing some returns, don't feel like cooking so getting Chinese soon, more high salt 😑.
