Hope all good up in your part of this crazy world. Getting cooler here as the seasons change. I am still 90% housebound. Only get to drive on short trips where not a lot of walking is required. Have Neurosurgery appt on 6th May.  sigh. wish it wasn't happening and that I was still walking my 10,000  steps a day along the beaches, through the forests, to the supermarket, leisurely strolls with friends. Sigh. I miss it all. No other news from here at the moment xx

I phoned Sam this evening, the poor gril has raging tooth ache. She's had problems with it before but the dentist is reluctant to take it out. She wants it gone and has an appointment first thing tomorrow. She's talking about having an implant which will cost about $3200. I don't think I'd bother if I was her, it's well back in her mouth and can't be seen even if she smiles, but it's not my choice. I told her to see what the man says tomorrow and I'll go and see her later in the day with the rest of the garden pots.

I'm not sure about the eggs, the first one finished growing before it had got all the 'stuff' so I may just toss it as I don't think it will get finished, the second one got his hat first and now I can work on all the other stuff! We'll see.

Best get a new puzzle out to take to Maggie's I should just about have time to sort the edges!

Hi Janet, it's been a very cool day 48 and no sun at all. I did change the bed and got all the laundry done but left it in the conservatory next to the dehumidifier which dries it nicely. Then I can finish it off in the tumble drier. It's all a lot cheaper that way.

After I'd seen the nurse, I got the Chocolate eggs for Maggie's grandchildren and had a wander around the charity shop. I bought a new voile curtain to put across the door so I can have it open but the 'flying things' won't be able to get in.

When I got home I spent ages finishing the puzzle. There were 3 pieces missing two on the edge and one in the middle. Since it came from the church hall I'll take it back and let Pat decide what she wants to charge the next person for it. My best guess is she won't drop the price, well that's not my problem.
