You sound as though you're doing far too much, your poor back won't get better until you rest it a bit. I do understand how you get carried away I can be the same, we need to remember we're not 30 anymore....I wish!!!

The sink has recovered, my idea to put the fine oil down it worked, it's probably illegal there are things they say not to put in a sink like cooking oils, well it wasn't for cooking it was for fixing. This morning when I pushed it it moved up and down like normal, I mentioned it to Tess and she said she'd got a sink just like it so I told her to try the WD40.

I'm sure if you sealed Randy's food in a Tupperware container and kept it in the fridge it would last longer.

Tomorrow I'm going to see if the charity shop has reopened, I expect their volunteers didn't want to face the snow and ice, I can't say I blame them. The youngest of them is probably older than me!
