Because I have to take the pills an hour before food or 2 hours after I've been trying to get 4 lots in today. Normally I'd have longer so I decided to have the last lot and wait an hour then have some porridge before bed, other than that I'd be eating chicken dinner at 10 o'clock and somehow I don't think so.

It's been cold and cloudy and is raining at the moment with temps of 38. The car was covered in frost this morning and we have a snow warning for tomorrow. I don't think I'll be going far. On my way home I passed auntie walking down the road. I stopped and told her not to stop off at mine on her way back as I wouldn't want her to catch my germs. Hopefully I'll see her next week and we can catch up.

Hi Janet, I managed to see a nurse practitioner early this morning. She was very kind and said it was sinus and chest infections and prescribed some antibiotics. She also said to drink hot honey and take paracetamol. Like you I don't want to take too much of that but will for a couple of days until I feel a bit better.

I did get a little shopping in even though I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted. It doesn't matter as I have food in the fridge and milk for my tea so I know I'll be fine.

Sam phoned up when she got home from work to see how I was. I spoke to Tessa on Monday who told her she was worried about me. I've said if I'm OK I'll see them next week before they start their Christmas wreath making classes. She said if I go over to see them next Thursday I can drink tea and we can work on a puzzle she's just started.
