I must admit I'd be amazed if Travis was out that quickly, it's such major surgery. But if he can eat even soft foods I suppose with pain relief there's no reason to keep him in. Maybe he just wants to get home.

Tomorrow if it's not so hot I'm going to cut the grass it's shot up with all the rain last week and now the sun I'll soon need to scythe my way through it.

It seems to me you're setting a bad example to Randy getting up so early, you'll be disturbing him. Ha ha

Hi Janet, It's been a warm one today 76 with 89% humidity, it's exhausting! I met Ness but there was nothing new at the hall and not as many people there as normal. I think the oldies, me included, don't like the heat. Apparently we're under an amber heat dome, well that's what the man on the weather forecast said last night and we've got to be careful and not get too hot! Huh am I supposed to walk around with a fan in my hand. They say shut your blinds and curtains and keep the sun out. OMG now I have to dwell in darkness. Ha ha

Sheila seemed more confused today than normal and even phoned me this evening to ask what she did with something that was delivered earlier.   When I left her I visited Auntie, had a cuppa and a long chat. She was very tired and said she'd been doing her ironing, at 92 I'd skip the ironing! I finally got home at 7 o'clock, I'd been out 10 hours.
