It was much cooler today as we had very little sun and it only reached 68. Daryn was out in his back garden breaking up his concrete, your swimming pool sounds much more interesting! Looks like you'll need to nurture the neighbours you may be invited round for a swim. Daryn is on holiday all this week so I'm not expecting to sleep in if he's making a lot of noise but will say he's quite good and doesn't usually start until about half past eight.

I did go to the library and saw Zoe, the librarian, and gave her some candles for their Christmas raffle which I'd won at the Samaritans charity shop raffle. I also made great headway with the 3rd puzzle, I'm still not sure if it's Austria, Germany or somewhere else in Europe when it's finished you can decide for yourself. lol

Hi Janet, so much for my good intentions! Last night as I went to bed I noticed a bite of some sort, probably mosquito, on my leg. It was very sore and I've had it happen before and it turns to cellulitis. As today was Sunday no way could I see a doctor but a pharmacist can prescribe antibiotics and the pharmacy in the supermarket was open so off I went. He was very nice as he said he was sorry but the bite has to be 48 hours old before he could do anything. I happened to mention that the National Health service website says to seek help quickly. The place on my calf was a 3 inch round patch now my leg is now red and swollen from my knee to my ankle and very sore. I could try and see a doctor tomorrow but have a feeling they will be too busy on a Monday but at least I can try a different pharmacist. Needless to say I wasn't in the mood to be weeding.
