I've made great strides with the puzzle and should finish it tomorrow, depending on when the car is ready. My friend Jill, when took me to the funeral, phoned to see if I needed her to take me shopping tomorrow or Saturday. I thought it was so kind of her to offer. I'm hoping it won't be necessary and will phone her when I know when the car will be ready.
The lemon pie sounds delicious and a good idea to make enough dough for 2.
I've been going through my 'to do' list and have written the thankyou cards for my birthday presents. I'm looking at a wicker hamper on Amazon to store some things in. I better not order it until Monday as it could arrive Saturday when I'm out. I hope it's still there by then. I may phone Tessa as she has Amazon prime and that way it should be delivered the next day.
