Thanks for the rainbow dragon, Janet. I hope Nick doesn’t play his music to loud late into the night frequently. Hard to sleep when something like that happens. We are having crappy weather. It’s 36 degrees and it’s been raining all day. Yesterday I woke up to snow covering the ground and cars. It was still snowing when I took Penny out. I’ve been waiting for better weather to transition Piper outside but we are not having much of that. It’s bitter cold with the rain today. Penny tolerates Piper a little better than before but it’s still not ideal. I’m thinking Penny is a one dog in the household kind of girl. It never occurred to to us that she wouldn’t like her. If it did I would never have gotten another. Makes me sad 😔. I am holding out hope that when Piper outgrows puppyhood they will get along better. Piper is a pest to Penny, always biting her ears and jumping on her back. I hope you are enjoying the rest of your weekend. 💜

I've seen some of the Doc Martin episodes. He's the grumpy doctor who doesn't like blood. It was filmed in Port Isaac in Cornwall a beautiful place. I love Cornwall and went there more than a dozen times when I was married. The only down side to it is everyone else loves the place and it can get so busy with holiday makers. I wouldn't want to live there, the locals call the visitors emmets [meaning ants] as there's so many, not that they're rude just overrun. They also have beautiful beaches and coves and clear blue seas, gosh, it's making me want to go back. lol

The Kitten puzzle is finished and I've started another called Cat's Chorus, lots of cats in a garden, I've just counted 18 in the picture, that should keep me quiet for a bit.

This afternoon I went to see auntie again as I left a lipstick when I was there on Friday. I must have pulled it out of my bag when I went in it for something else.

I didn't go out very early as my hip is playing up again. I'm almost tempted to phone Eden, the physiotherapist to see if she'll send me for a new x ray to see how bad it is, then I'll be sent to see the surgeon. It would help if I knew long the waiting list is. I could be waiting 2 years as things with our health service are grim. However they've built a new unit at my local hospital especially for knee, hip and shoulder replacements but even Eden doesn't know how long I could be waiting. I'll be getting a call in the middle of April to see how it is so maybe that's the time to sort it. It will also give it a chance to settle down again. Like you I don't want to be taking endless pain killers, which I resorted to today.

Hi Janet, it's been years since I had a fish sandwich from McDonalds. We have fish and chip shops and I'd rather have fish from one of those. It's what Maggie and I have when she comes here.

I did get the car organizer now I have to empty the boot and put it all back organized. lol

I've cleaned the bird baths and bird tables and refilled the peanut holders so the little birds should be happy. I noticed a few weeds coming up again, I may phone Alan to see if he's coming soon. Maybe not they're forecasting hail and snow by Thursday which is a bit of a worry as I'm collecting Sue from the convent to take her out for the day.
