Hi Janet, you're probably right I am making slow progress I just wish I could sleep without waking with a coughing fit and unable to clear my chest. I do feel a bit better all I really need is sleep. My lovely cousin David's wife Karen phoned this morning to see if I needed anything and would have brought me a cooked dinner. I thanked her but I have got food in the house and although I was very tempted I declined as she's already cooking 2 meals for her sister and delivering them. Plus it's pouring with rain again and hasn't stopped all morning. The weather app says it may clear this afternoon, that won't come too soon for me, I'm tired of water coming through under the letter box. Calling them out will be my first job in the morning or just after Pippa has gone. She should be here at 9 but knowing her she'll be here to do my feet at half past 8.
