The gardener didn't come so why am I not surprised, I reckon we'll be lucky to get him here next Monday! I waited in the hope he'd be here and went shopping later by which time I'd lost the inclination so all I got was some milk and a loaf of bread! I'll do a proper shop later in the week, there's enough in my fridge and freezer that I won't starve. lol

How's your boy now, he's such a worry when he's like that especially when you can't call the vet. One minute he's doing fine and then that, like you say thank goodness he was with Don, that will make your hair fall out!!

D was working in his garden when he came this morning and he said I'll come back and have a cup of tea later, not much I could say about that so just said fine I'll see you later. He came and had his cuppa and we talked about all sorts. He was saying what he intends to do with the bungalow, how he wants to work shorter hours in about year and that he's going away tomorrow morning and will be back the evening of the day after. Like I said we are now besties!!

Hi J, I phoned the council this morning and spoke to a nice young man in planning. Ian will have to get the air pump passed by them so I thought they'd be the people to ask. Anyway he said that he's not visited the property yet but should be coming soon, he also said if I went on line I could look at Ian's planning application. I found it after a bit of mouse clicking and lucky, lucky us the pump will be at the back behind their extension. I think it's where their central heating boiler is so that would make sense. The man said there was a noise limit that it should have although he couldn't say what it was. I have to think Sue and Ian won't want anything too noisy so it should be fine. I will also add that I am now officially Ds best friend. I knocked on his door and said I'd got the planning app on my laptop if he wanted to have a look and he was so pleased I got a hug!  I was just pleased I didn't need to tackle them about it. I also bumped in to the neighbours the other side of the parking place and they'd had a letter about it too, they were very happy to hear where it would go.
