I'm having an early night so I can be up early enough to do the shopping before Alan, if he comes, gets here. At the moment I'm watching a new David Attenborough programme about the deep ocean. They're diving in a big submersible it looks like a huge bubble, better them than me.  I'd be terrified it would spring a leak.

Kath is still next door and I've not seen D, so maybe he's not home yet.

Tomorrow I need to take the laptop in for its annual service and for Mark to put some new virus security on it. Don't panic if I'm not about it may be that he's busy and I won't get it back until Tuesday.

Hi Janet, I've not been out today, well just into the garden but that doesn't really count! It's been rain on and off all day with temps in the high 50's, this evening its down to 53 but feels like 40 with the wind chill and as I had nothing special to go out for I decided to do some puzzling. I made a small start on the wasjig but there's plenty left for us to do Friday, then I did a 500 piece and will send a pic later.

I'm hoping Alan will come in the morning to look in to Paul's gutters. I also hope he'll sort out my water collection, he's supposed to bring 'something' to sort it out. I have no idea what, but he said he'd do it. I'd also like him to put the bitumen paint on my shed roof as he's promised, why do I doubt these things will happen. All I know is if it rains he won't be coming.
