I'd love to have a Boxer dog for a while, if I lived near you I'd dog sit him when you went out. I wouldn't want the early mornings or sharing my bed I'd keep him awake. LOLOL

I finally did some of the puzzle, it's laid here for days and I've not touched it, there just seems so many other things to do!

Maggie has decided not to come Friday. it's her sister's funeral on Monday and she has a cousin coming at the weekend to stay until after it. I wasn't expecting her to come so when I phoned tonight she was pleased I suggested it would be better for her to come when it was all over.

They're forecasting more rain tomorrow so I may make more headway with the puzzle, it's surprisingly difficult with flowers and cats!!

Hi Janet its been a wet day and this evening we had a massive thunderstorm and my TV wouldn't work. I spoke with Maggie and she said it had been the same where she is and they'd had flooding. We've had so little rain for months the drains can't cope with all the water.

I went to the hospital for my x ray and there was a small child in one of the rooms having his broken leg x rayed. He was about 3 and had a big rubbery dinosaur with him. The radiographer was so sweet, I could hear her telling him they would xray his knee with his dinosaur next to his knee and they would show him the pictures. All I can say is they must have looked very good as there was so much laughter and the little one was obviously having a great time. I thought it so nice that they made the time so as not to upset him.
