Hi Janet, just got home from seeing Ness. the meal was OK, not great but OK. I had scampi and she had Hunter's chicken. It wasn't quite as sticky although the humidity is 82% and the temp was 76, we've had a slight breeze from the east which has made it almost bearable.

I didn't go to the library as I need to go out tomorrow anyway, so can pick up my book then. Of cause I also have a puzzle to do, which is keeping me busy. I'm not in a hurry so am doing it only for an hour or so then it might last until my birthday. 

It was our trash day too but they were only taking, the food bin, the paper and cardboard bin and the garden waste bin. Next week will be the general rubbish plus food and the following week all the recyclable stuff like, bottles, tins, plastic bags and plastic food trays plus the food one, that's if they remember to come for it.

Oh no Janet; that is way too hot. I probably told you that we had a almost 24 hour power outage last week and the temp was over 100. I had to go to a hotel because I don't do well in the heat. I heard a older lady in the neighborhood died in her house. I don't know who she ws or why no one checked on her in time. So sad to die alone like that.  Do you go out when it's this hot?
