Hello Janet. Sorry to hear your commute to the doctors was not the best. I always try and time it so I’m there only a few minutes early because sitting there waiting makes me nervous. I went to the dermatologist Wednesday for my yearly body check. I got there about 10 minutes early so I sat in my car for 5 minutes. I only had to wait about 5 minutes in the waiting room before they brought me back. I had some swelling and a small red patch on my cheek that I asked her about. The redness is mild and has been there for awhile but the swelling literally started the morning before. She said it’s similar to rosacea. She called it something but I can’t remember exactly what it was. She gave me a topical lotion and told me to use it morning and night for the next few weeks and to keep my skin care simple. It already looks a lot better. It was mild so I hope that it can get cleared up completely. It’s been cold here with a lot of wind and today we had rain. Last night Larry and I had to run some errands and when we came out from one of the stores it was hailing . I felt so bad for Piper this afternoon. Some of the linemen that work with Larry, we’re doing something on a pole across the street from our house. They told Larry that they wanted to see Piper. He texted me and said to bring her out. I should’ve put on her little jacket because she gets so cold and literally shivers whenever I do bring her out. She’s very very tiny and only weighs 3 pounds at almost 14 weeks old. It has been in the high 30s low 40s and I guess that is just too cold for her. I only kept her out there for a few minutes because she was shivering so bad. I brought her in and wrapped her up in a blanket and then she settled down. I hope you had a great day. Enjoy your weekend.💜
