I'd like to go to a store I visited Saturday as they has a small spot cleaner, which would be handy for helping to keep the carpet clean, apparently it can also be used on furniture, anyway there is a branch of the store my end of the town and they didn't have them in so I need to go to the south end. If I have time I'm hoping to see auntie as I've not been to see her for about a week and since she no longer drives and the forecast is for a lot of rain in the next 4/5 days I don't want her wandering round here getting wet. With luck both Pippa and the repair man will be gone by mid morning and I'll have time to see her in the afternoon.

Am I right in thinking Sandy will be with you in a couple of days and are you now all ready for her visit. Sounds to me like you've been overdoing the cleaning. I'm sure everything looks fine and you're worrying about nothing. You'll all have a lovely time.

Hi Janet, I've had a quiet day, I was very tired yesterday and slept in a bit this morning. I did some laundry and dusted through. Tomorrow I'm having a visit early from Pippa, the chiropodist, so I'll need to be up by 7 as she'll be here before 8. I'm also having the washing machine repair man in to fix the seal around my washing machine door which is leaking. I know he's coming tomorrow but as yet am waiting to get a text to let me know what time. Hopefully he'll be here early and I can get out to do a bit of shopping.

I was going to cut the grass again but it's been raining on and off so 'unfortunately' I couldn't do it so I spent most of the afternoon doing the puzzle, well I had to keep busy LOLOL.
