I phoned Alan to tell him the roof was done and he'd not need to worry about it now. However I did say I'd like him to come sometime to dig up a few plants, I have a camellia that needs removing plus 3 other large 'things' It would be ideal to do them at this time of the year as the soil is damp and they should come up more easily. He didn't answer so I left a message and will see if he comes back to me, I'm not holding my breath. lol

There's no church hall tomorrow so I'll just see Sheila. She said this morning the twins might be at hers. I haven't seen them for about a month so I suspect they'll have grown, Sheila says they are turning in to quite a hand full. The do say that kiddies can turn into trouble when they reach two, they call them 'the terrible twos' I think their mum is finding it hard having 2 of them she needs eyes in the back of her head.

Hi Janet, I spent all morning either on the phone talking to my friend Sheila or sorting the insurance out. I felt exhausted by the time I'd finished it. I suppose I always worry I'm not doing it right. Then I got a card in the post to say they had an item they can't [won't] deliver as there wasn't enough postage on it. I suspect it's a Christmas card without a stamp but unless I pay I'll not know so I had to go on to the Royal Mail website and pay the fee. They're now supposed to bring it Monday so I'll find out more.

I went to see Mark at the computer shop and took him some chocolate biscuits, he was happy and immediately put on his kettle to make a cuppa. I left him to it.

I did a little shopping and when I got home sorted through all the stuff I have for Tessa and Sam and bagged them up separately so on Monday night I can just hand over 2 bags.
