Splash and hugs!

I stayed home and spent some time in the garden. I weeded out front and deadheaded the Japanese Anemones then tackled the back. I sorted the hydrangea and weeded down one half of the garden then thought if I do all of it what will Alan do if he comes. I've left the bush fuchsias for him to cut back and to be honest by that point I'd had enough. I came in and had a nice cup of tea and read the paper.

I did some laundry, where does it all come from, then set about the puzzle. I may get it done tomorrow depending if I go out. I am getting quite a list of things from hair conditioner to bird seed which will mean going to several places and a visit to the charity shop which is 2 doors down from the bird seed shop!

I'm having an early one tonight as I've tired, it must be all that gardening.

Hi Janet, glad you got that dreadful journey out of the way and you ignored the stupid woman who said do a u turn on the freeway. I get that a lot when I visit Maggie but have learnt to not panic and drive on as there's absolutely no where to turn anyway the roads are so narrow and if someone came the other way I'd cause a hold up. I suspect Don is pleased his meds have been sorted and ready to collect. We have to wait 3-5 days once a prescription is made. I do wonder what would happen if the drugs were urgent. I did have that happen a few years back and the doctor phoned me to go in and see him immediately, he handed me the prescription and told me to go to the pharmacy attached to the surgery and get the tablets in to me as soon as possible. I figured they were urgent and did as I was told.  lol
