I've finished the puzzle, it was great fun, when I tried to send a copy to Maggie my mobile provider wouldn't let me, it said something about roaming fees so I'm wondering if Maggie has nipped off abroad. Never mind she can see the pic when she comes next time.

It's been about 60 but felt cooler in the wind and we've had drizzle and rain on and off, tomorrow should be much the same. I'm seeing the nurse for my blood results in the morning fortunately that appointment is just along the road so I won't need to worry about the traffic. Carole will be coming about half past 12 and I need to go to the charity shop soon as I have a tall shoe rack in my car!!. Ness brought it to the hall but it was a bit big for there so I said I'd take it to the charity but they're closed on a Monday and since I couldn't talk well with the numbed mouth I thought tomorrow would be soon enough.

Hi Janet, good luck with Dr Russ let me know how it went. This morning I left with plenty of time and managed to negotiate a route around all the hold ups. It did mean I was there 30 minutes early but I read the newspaper until she was ready for me. She numbed the tooth, which I hate, removed everything that was there and then took several impressions of my teeth then filled the space with a temporary tooth. The only problem was when she put that stuff in my mouth she managed to pull out a filling so will need to fill that when I return in about 2/3 weeks. At least that's the worst of it done and she was really nice. I've been warned not to eat anything sticky or hard I'm assuming she means toffee or nuts!!

Hi Janet; it is getting colder here now but we had some nice days between 50 and 60 degrees. The wind is very strong though. Sounds like it's perfect in Pahrump!
