I went to the pharmacy to collect my tablets and it was great to find they had them all. Last time I had to go back a couple of times. I also visited the library to collect a book, it was handy to go there as it's only about 2 minutes up the road from the pharmacy.

I stopped off at the charity shop but came away with nothing which is just as well my puzzle heap isn't going down! I've almost finished the Ilfracombe puzzle and remembered to phone a friend called Sue. I'm meeting her tomorrow with my other friends I worked with. She comes from Beccles about 10 miles the other side of Lowestoft and the road she comes in on to get to the restaurant is closed and I thought she might like to know as she'll need an extra 10 minutes to get there.

Hi Janet, sorry to hear the sciatica is playing up from experience I know how painful it can be. I'd never had it until I had the hip done but fingers crossed it's been OK for the last  6/8 months. It's the one thing that bothers me about having the other hip done, still that won't be for a while.

I've been playing foster mum to Tommy, he's not a happy tortoise as it keeps raining but behind my back I see that he's eaten a tomato, a strawberry and 3 grapes. The cabbage looks untouched like all children he likes the sweeties best. LOLOL I would check Tank a couple of times a day but this guy I'm checking every couple of hours. I suppose I want to be about if he moves to far and tries to escape.

Oh yes, 80's much easier to deal with. I'm not looking forward to the 90 degree days with high humidity because I get dehydrated very quickly. I would love to live somewhere where the temps are in the 70's all the time~~
