thanks for the Chipmunk

I've just read that there are 46 days to Christmas, well I know it's getting closer as I have a heap of Christmas things growing in the corner of my lounge. For the nuns there are a box of books, mostly from the church hall or charity shop, chocolate selection boxes, a lap tray [that's what they asked for] some bathing bits, fancy coffees, a box of chocolates and an Amaryllis, that's just for starters, there's also chocs for auntie and a couple of small presents for the children. OMG I hate to think how much else I need to get. I have to get the nuns sorted before December as they are so busy during advent it's more difficult for me to see them. Sue lives with Sheila about 45 minutes away but there are 2 more who live about 170 miles away and one who lives in Norwich about 30 minutes from them. They will all be here for Christmas plus there's another in a residential home nearby. I always get them all something so need to get a move on. I feel exhausted just thinking about it.

Hope you hear something soon, it's a worry just thinking about it.

Hi Janet, I met up with my friends for lunch which went on well in to the afternoon, so I've not done a lot today. I did visit the library to pick up another book but should have waited until tomorrow as I finished another after I got home so will need to return that soon!

I finish Carole's puzzle and have sent you a pic. and will sort a Wasjig sometime tomorrow for when Maggie gets here Sunday morning. In the morning I'll go the the hall for the first time in a fortnight but I'm not getting any more puzzles in fact I may take them a couple of mine. lol

Daryn has started to sort the front garden, when he's not there I'll take a new pic. He's says he's going to put a large coach tyre in the middle and plant it with 'something'. I'll explain the rest of what he intends when you've seen the pic.

Good morning Janet. Larry gave me an orchid years ago and I was proud that I kept it alive. After some time it wasn’t looking to good and I thought it was going to die. It decide to bloom for me for the first time and that day happened to be my birthday!! I was so excited about it. I had it for awhile after that but then it did finally die. I don’t go to Walmart to much, I prefer Target. I did notice that Walmart has a lot of stuff locked up. Seems like an annoying nuisance. It was chilly this morning when I took Penny out. There was a bit of a breeze which causes her to chase every leaf that she sees blowing by 🤦🏻‍♀️. It is very cute to see. I hope you have a great day. Happy Friday 💜
