I'll try for and early night so I'll be up early to get the car to Andrew by 8:30, not that I think it will get done any quicker but I do hope to get it back by Friday, fingers crossed.

I love the little guys especially the one with the flowers.

Tomorrow after I've dropped the car off I have a list of things to do. I'll phone the double glazing people and see if they'll put some new seals on the conservatory door, make an appointment with Eden, the physio and call the Gas Board to get someone to seal a piece of cable trunking which was left open when they fitted the boiler. I'm sure there are other things I could do but I can already feel the jigsaw calling me.

I can understand Don's reluctance to get a new phone, I must have the oldest iphone in history, an Apple 8, and I'd hate to get rid of it, I've already had a new battery. I'm one who hates to change anything, cars, telephones, TVs, that's why it took me 3 years to get the new central heating boiler installed. I think I might not know how to work new things or the one I pick will be the wrong one and it won't work properly.

Hi Janet, it's been a wet day, every time I go outside the door it rains on me. Jill collected me this morning and it rained as we went to the funeral and again when we left the crematorium, There was a wake at a pub/restaurant called Livingstones, so I didn't get home until 2ish. It rained as I came indoors and again as I set off to do my shopping. I did the shopping and it rained as I loaded things into my car and again when I got home, well why wouldn't it!! lol It's even raining now I'm doing this. What's the betting it rains tomorrow when I drop the car off.

I've been looking out the spare car key as Andrew says they'll use the best one to set up the new lock. They look the same to me but I suspect he wouldn't agree.
