Morning Teri~ Oh, I envy you being able to paint and have it look like you want it to!  I'm all thumbs with that kind of activity, but I do enjoy doing jig saw puzzles, It, also keeps my ming active and enjoy the finished project.  Have worked my way up to 1000 piece puzzles.  My son gifted me a 2000-piece puzzle, and that one is a bit intimidating.  Have a great day, take care, stay safe and keep painting ~
